I just loved science class! Something cool about looking at your specimens and putting together your hypothesis then jumping in to see if you were right. Well, this is just what I got to do thanks to Bob's Red Mill!
The trusting folks over at Bob's Red Mill sent me some coconut flour and asked me to
My hypothesis: Using the coconut flour combined with a little extra liquid, would result in a moist but moist, cake like texture. I did a little research prior to using this flour and had read plenty of warnings about adding either extra liquid or extra eggs to prevent a dry crumbly result.
You can hop over to see the result of my experiment, Orange Cherry Coconut Breakfast Bars and try it for yourself!
And, they gave me a way YOU can do some experimenting of your own with a $50 Gift Card to use at either their store or online shop! WOW- what a treat! I am sure you could find plenty of ingredients to play around with.
Here is how you can win this fabulous giveaway.

We currently have some Bob's Red Mill steel cut oats and I think they would pair nicely with the Dried Cranberries
I am thinking a savory pancake with the black bean flour, although Amy says "ewwww"!
